When Sally Urwin first started working on her farm, she had a different idea in mind of what it would be like. She imagined herself wafting around in floral dresses followed by a bevy of rosy-cheeked children. But the reality was quite different, especially when she had to host weddings to get through the foot-and-mouth epidemic of 2001.
